The Cerner (SAAS) Implementation project signifies a pivotal milestone in our continuous pursuit of technological advancement at BuxBusinesses. Our dedicated team, led by a proficient project manager, successfully executed the seamless transition from the outdated STARLIMS application, a mainstay at PHL for many years. As the project overseer, our team diligently managed all aspects of the implementation lifecycle, encompassing meticulous planning, flawless execution, comprehensive testing, and final deployment.

Collaborating with key stakeholders such as Cerner, Northwell, H+H, and DOHMH, our team orchestrated a harmonious integration process. The project manager, serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and issues, demonstrated unparalleled proficiency in fostering communication both internally and externally. The responsibilities extended to overseeing internal and external interfaces for lab testing and reporting, maintaining liaisons with PHL (Business), NTTS, DoITT, and external service providers like Verizon for network connectivity.

The Responsible for Aetna Provider Domain Digitalization Program represents a significant achievement in our ongoing commitment to technological innovation at BuxBusinesses. Our collaborative team, under the guidance of a skilled project leader, successfully navigated the complexities of the program to enhance the Provider Experience through the Availity Portal (SAAS). Focused projects, including Overpayments Management, Digital Correspondence, and the establishment of a Communication Hub, showcased our team's versatility.

Deloitte (NYPA/NYS Canals)

Responsible for Canals Technology Optimization and Modernization Program. Customization, testing deployment, and user training of SaaS applications including Maximo and Real estate permit management systems. Implementation of EarthCam SaaS solution. Lead the efforts for OCM and changed workflows required staff training. Planning, testing, and implementation of Adobe eSign. Business and technology alignment between NYPA and Canals corporation. Created communication plans and kept everyone informed on the work progress, risks, and related changes. Used soft skills to address team’s needs and impact due to change of workflow, kept their morale up with proactive communications. Updating program and portfolio documents in PPM.

AIG, Pozent

Taking care of technology upgrade project from eStation to ConneXt. Porting and enhancing existing functionality to the new Connect platform. ConneXt is a cloud-based Microsites SAAS system to meet insurance and annuity needs. Using Tableau to extract data and report creation. Our team responsible for its overall phase II completion that includes, Home Office functionality, risk, and security of data and user credentials. Development components were created using JDK (Java SE), IBM WebSphere.

Created detailed project plan and approved after teams and management review. Tracking monthly sprints for selected functionality porting, development and implementation. Involving QA at the appropriate point and following a defined defect lifecycle and performing UAT before deployment. Providing weekly and monthly status updates to the technology and business management.

Managing business interactions and expectations, keeping business updated about the risks and timelines. Face-to-face meeting with business management when necessary to enhance UX for front ed of applications. Followed PMO standards and SOX compliance requirements

NATIONAL LIFE GROUP

Applications optimization, strategic path, and upgrades of the technology portfolio. Lead multiple projects and programs for life insurances and annuity at varying phases of the lifecycle, ensuring stakeholders’ expectations are met timely and within budget. Managed technology projects portfolio. Ensured all projects meet or exceed quality expectations. Provided timely communication to stakeholders, proactively addressing risks and issues. Defined and managed project schedule, scope, WBS, resources, risks, and communications. Followed phase-gate methodology and PMO reporting. Ensured state compliance in business applications. Developed detailed communication plans, managed vendors for timely delivery, provided detailed defect management, developed business plan, and tracked risks. Adjusted schedule and cost on projects as necessary to ensure projects remain on track to goals. Provided timely communications to senior leaders. Effectively Managed OCM for induction of new technologies and processes by defining success matrix and expectations complementing it with correct and accurate communications. Customization and implementation of COTS for forms and application processing.

CIGNA

Led and successfully completed healthcare benefits integration from Argus applications to Catamaran including claims processing and X12 transactions. Analyzed, and documented the changes in workflow, and addressed the training needs of the staff. Created and implemented OCM change communication upward and downward. Kept teams motivated addressing the people side of the team. Kept them updated and on the same page through proactive communication and checking with team members. Addressed confusion in a timely manner to keep the team morale up. Completed Manufacturer Rebates from Argus to Catamaran in spite of inherent complexities in Argus. Engaged QA teams, and oversaw functional and regression testing on projects. Issued, tracked, and closed escalations in all areas of SDLC. Used JAD and RAD sessions for client benefits data gathering, verification, and sharing. COTS implementation with modifications. Defined and managed project schedule, scope, WBS, resources, risk management, and communication plans. Provided timely status updates to senior leaders, escalating issues timely and appropriately per PPM procedures

MetLife acquired a Japan-based insurance company Alico. Migrated all insurance products and services including life and annuity to Troy NY processing center. Created OCM impact analysis and planned for required trainings in different areas of the organization.
Mainframe Infrastructure Technology project management involving migration of Services for Alico Japan from AIG to MetLife. Disaster recovery planning and testing for fail-over.
Created planning and work documents for migration validation control for the project. Updated project status on OMM and PPM on weekly basis using Clarity.
Monitored and controlled time and resources guiding through step-by-step migration. This was over 72 hours of activity that needed to be accurately and successfully done for passing tight migration criteria.

3M/OTDA

Responsible for AFIS (COTS) Program Management for the NYS OTDA (5 years $M25) including NYS compliance for criminal and non-criminal terms and processes. Involved in contractor selection, RFP, and vendor management. Implemented change of work processes with the new application.
Addressed all training needs that pertained to the new workflow. Addressed the people side of the OCM for achieving maximum throughput. Lead development, testing, and deployment of the AFIS package for the state offices including over 110 terminals in NYV and Update. Responsible for customized changes per state needs.
Created the Helpdesk Support process to maintain required equipment up-time per SLA. Created performance matrix for reporting. Managed external vendors for hardware deployment and troubleshooting in NYC and upstate. Created Disaster Recovery Process and Implementation of the secondary system take over. Acted as a single point of contact between NYS/OTDA and 3M and completed the program successfully. Effectively Managed OCM for induction of new technologies and processes by defining success matrix and expectations complementing it with correct and accurate communications.
Provision of education and training to the users for changes in technology and processes. Educated users on changed processes through training sessions and refresher sessions. Measured user change against matrix and communicated upward and downward
